I invite you to a portion of beaten beans, which in our country in Moldova is called bean stew. It is delicious and very easy to prepare. RECIPE PREPARATION Chopped beans:

How to prepare beaten beans with garlic?

Put the beans to boil in a pot, without adding any other ingredients, so that they are completely covered by water. When it boils for the first time, pour the water and replace it with another one, preheated. It is advisable to repeat this procedure at least twice. When you change the water for the last time, you can add salt, bay leaf and half a teaspoon of baking soda. All the steps followed so far have the role of removing substances that can cause gastric and intestinal discomfort.

In this last phase, the beans must be boiled for at least 40 minutes, until you notice that they are soft enough. Meanwhile, finely chop the three onions and put two of them in a frying pan with hot oil, until they change color and become glassy. Add the two diced tomatoes and tomato paste and stir over low heat until the composition is homogeneous. Season the resulting sauce with salt, pepper and paprika to taste.

When the beans are cooked, drain the water, keeping a cup of it. Put the beans in a blender or food processor and pass them until they turn into a paste. If you notice that the beaten beans are too thick, you can thin them with some of the amount of water in which they boiled. Pour the composition into a bowl and add the crushed garlic, finely chopped onion and season to taste.
