This Cheezy Queso Dip perfect to serve up at tailgates this year. It includes Daiya Cheddar Style Shreds.
Ingredients
For the Cheezy Queso Dip
- 1 Package Daiya Cheddar Style Shreds
- 1 Cup pico de gallo, or salsa
- 1 Bag tortilla chips
- 1 1/2 Cup tomato, seeded and finely diced
- 1/4 White onion, chopped
- 1/3 Cup cilantro
- 1 Whole jalapeno, finely chopped including seeds
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
