Wash the plums well, remove the seeds, cut them into cubes and put them in a pot together with the gelling agent and leave them until the next day.

Put water and simmer for about 15 minutes or until thickened.

Put it in clean jars, close it well and put it in a pot with water over low heat to boil for about 10 minutes.

Leave in water until cool. Store in a cool place.
