The demigods do not fill completely, but up to about 20 cm below the mouth. It is then sealed with a perforated plug through the opening of which one end of the hose is inserted and the other end is inserted into a jar filled with water. The stopper is smoothed or paraffined well to avoid contact of the must with the outside air. The must with the must is left in a cool place, until the fermentation is finished, generally about 7-9 days. Then comes a boring operation: remove the hose, fill that 20cm gap in each tank with wine from another tank, then put a light stopper, this to allow the rest of the carbon dioxide that would result from fermentation to get out of the damigean. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them a little, then mix them with what was chopped above. Then sprinkle with finely chopped greens and mix again until smooth. If, possibly, the composition is too soft, Aunt Jeni adds breadcrumbs.

With her skilled hands, watered with water, Aunt Jeni makes meatballs and pushes them away a little, like their chopped brothers. Patiently and understandingly, heat the oil in the pan, then place each roast at the end, carefully, as if placing the stars on the sky. After browning well on both sides, the roasts are well placed on a flat platter to cool a bit.

While this composition is left to cool, Miruna beats the pudding powder together with the wine and incorporates the gelatin sheets, soaked and previously dissolved in lukewarm water. The result is mixed with whipped cream. Buuun ... now Miruna goes on to assemble the cake. For this, she will use the special cake circle that surrounds the half of the syrupy top. Add a little cream, then gracefully pour that grape jam composition and place on top, like the dome of a cathedral, the other half of the countertop, also syruped in advance. On top, Miruna artistically glazes it with cream and garnishes it with grapes. Ah, he just made a smiling face! A cheerful cake as it comes. I'm happy too and I'm sitting quietly waiting for the cake to sit in the fridge for a while and then to slice it .. Mmmm .. good, creamy and tasty, how else?
