The Bueno plumcake is the ultimate dessert. Of course! I saw the recipe here and I didn't think twice: I had to try it, absolutely, immediately! The result was defined by one of the girls who works with me, perhaps in a somewhat colorful way, of an illegal porcosity. And he's right. Just look at the photos, they speak for themselves ... Well, you think you have him in front ... how would you react? Needless to say, here in the office it was fought over by the boys and I had to fight tooth and nail to bring some home: P If you have any chocolate leftover from Easter eggs or if you are a fan of kinder bueno, try this greedy plumcake and then you tell me. How to make the Bueno plumcake
First, prepare the dough for the plum cake.
Whip the eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Add oil and milk slowly, then add sifted flour and yeast.
Work until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture into the mold lined with parchment paper and bake for about 40 minutes at 180 ° C in a preheated convection oven.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely.
In the meantime, prepare the cream by simply mixing mascarpone and nutella.
Once completely cold, cut the top of the plum cake, which will serve as a lid, and set it aside.
Using a knife or spoon, hollow out the base of the plum cake to obtain a sort of "shell", leaving rather thick edges both laterally and below.
If the canopy has come very high, you can dig that a little too.
Then stuff the plumcake shell with the cream up to halfway.
Arrange the whole Kinder Bueno in the center (keeping those that do not fit for decoration), then finish stuffing and cover with the cap.
Melt the two types of chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. (Actually it would be better to melt only the milk one, waiting for the next step to melt the dark one too.)
Pour the milk chocolate over the plum cake, trying to cover it all evenly.
Let the chocolate solidify in the fridge for at least 30-40 minutes.
Then pour the dark chocolate into a cone (if you had melted it before, like me, you will probably have to melt it again) and decorate the plum cake with thin strings of chocolate, to recall the decoration of the Kinder Bueno.
Then add the leftover pieces of Kinder Bueno and leave in the fridge again for about 20-30 minutes.
The Bueno plumcake is ready, you just have to bring it to the table and serve it!
