The black cabbage chips are a light and tasty snack, gluten-free and vegan! Abroad they are very well known as kale chips and for a couple of years they have been a pretty popular recipe. In short, in the end I decided to try them and I must say that I was conquered;) If you want to serve a healthy and decidedly different appetizer, this is my recipe;)
How to make black cabbage chips
First clean the cabbage, then dry the leaves with a cloth and remove the central rib.
Prepare the dressing in a bowl by mixing salt, pepper, oil and seeds.
Arrange the leaves on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper without overlapping them, then sprinkle them with the sauce.
Then bake for 5-10 minutes, or until crispy, at 180 ° C in a preheated convection oven.
The black cabbage chips are ready, serve immediately, whole or chopped.
