Pancakes with maple syrup are the classic Sunday morning breakfast: typical of the Anglo-Saxon tradition, these pancakes are one of my favorite preparations. If you decide to organize a brunch, then, on your table they cannot be missing, to accompany the delicious muffins and scones to be offered both in sweet and savory versions. What I propose today is the recipe included in my second book, "I Menu di Misya 2", with maple syrup and fresh fruit, but of course you can replace the syrup with honey, jam or even Nutella, in order to adapt the recipe to your personal taste. But I advise you, at least once, to try the original version, of which you can also find the video recipe at the end of the article: I assure you that it is worth it;) In these days of vacation, pancakes have been my breakfast of every day then I leave you the recipe with a bit of melancholy and I go to prepare them too so I make a surprise to Elisa;) Basins and happy Sunday!
How to make maple syrup pancakes

Separate the yolks from the whites Whip the egg whites until stiff and set aside.
In a bowl, sift the flour and baking powder and sugar.
In a small bowl, beat the egg yolks with the milk and oil and mix quickly.
Combine dry and liquid compounds.
Finally add the whipped egg whites and gently incorporate them from the bottom up to the mixture until they are completely amalgamated into the mixture.
Lightly butter and heat a small non-stick pan. When it is hot, pour a ladle of dough in the center, help yourself with the base of the ladle to form a circle.
When bubbles form on the surface of the pancakes, turn them over carefully and continue cooking.
Stack them on top of each other as you go.
Then serve, 4 at a time, coating with maple syrup and fresh fruit.
