The peach and mascarpone tart is a seasonal dessert that is easy and quick to prepare and with a truly delicate taste. As a base for the tart I chose to use puff pastry, because I had a roll in the fridge and I had little time, but if you prefer you can use the classic shortcrust pastry with which tarts are usually prepared, for the filling the taste sweet of peaches blends with that of the delicate mascarpone cream and everything makes this tart really super. From Friday I returned to my home and spent my first weekend alone with Elisa and my husband, from tomorrow I will start to resume work so since today here in Naples is a party, I enjoy another day of pampering and relaxation . How to make a peach and mascarpone tart
Wash and remove the peel and stone from the peaches then cut them into slices
Prepare the cream by working the mascarpone together with the egg, sugar, vanillin and cinnamon in a bowl.
Arrange the peaches on the base of the puff pastry
Now cover with the mascarpone cream.
Fold the edges of the puff pastry of the peach tart and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °
Cook the peach tart for 30 minutes.
Allow the peach and mascarpone tart to cool before cutting it into slices and serving.
